Worst hair color i have ever gotten. kat ignored every request i ask and took it upon herself to do what she thought was right. Wrong, i ended up with more color in my eyes than in my hair. Very torturous listening to her coworker and her bad mouth people. Just not a good vibe in the whole place. I do not recomend seeing her.

Well I my self have never been a customer of Kat but I do know that people have had problems with the down town salon because of her drama and the owners drama. If you like hearing about crazy boyfriends and the owner who can't stop running around all crazy making everyone uneasy then that is the place for you. I know kat also has had drama with a violent husband and police were called in during there normal business hours. So yes not a good vibe at all. I personally will not return to the jerry springer down town salon.
