Kathy Bounds Scam Artist Extraordinaire Dallas, Carrollton, Farmers Branch Texas
Run as fast as you can away from Kathy Bounds and her husband Kirk. They unscrupulous people and their only goal is to scam as much money from you as possible.
Kathy presents herself as a financial planner, realtor, and part time mom. However, this is merely a facade. She is conniving and should not be allowed to manage/operate any business. She will advertise services that she cannot legally provide and will squeeze you for every penny you've got.
I speak from personal experience, as I was a victim of her money making scam.

I have known Kirk Bounds for over 40 years and his wife Kathy for over 25. I have also done business with them. I have never known them to take advantage of or rip anyone off. To the contrary, they have helped numerous people in need that are down on their luck, have financial problems, have substance abuse issues, etc. I also know that the people who work for Kirk have high regard for the good things that Kirk and Kathy have done for them.
I do not believe there is any truth to the alleged "abuse report" that was filed on this site without any specifics and no identifiable person name. It should be completely disregarded unless there is some actual evidence presented. That report just highlights what is wrong with the Internet. Any person can make any claim without proof and remain anonymous.

I demand that the author provide some proof that a transaction/event really happened.
I do not have any idea who this fictitious person is or why they have chosen to slander my name and my business.
I have never had any involvement in any scam. I am a professional licensed insurance broker. I am scrutinized by the Texas Department of Insurance. I have never had a claim or complaint in my entire 39 years of work history!
I am highly respected by my friends, clients and my piers. I am deeply concerned and confused how someone would go to this length. I feel sorry for them!
