I purchased a car from Lone Star, a car lot here in Dallas Texas. Once I go home with the car it had an electrical problem all through the front dash. One day later I took it back, they promise to fix it and each day I was told to bring it back, it was a problem.

I called the Sea West and told them my problem. I was told by an Oscar that I need to take a man to the lot with me. "We're just the finance company" So the last time I took it by there the lot was GONE every car on that lot was gone. I call the finance company and ask so what and I suppose to do with a car thay I can not let down the windows or turn on the heat or the air.

Sea West could care less. So I decided that I wasn't going to pay until I got some answers on what was going on with the car lot. To make this short after a good 8 or 9 months through all the calls at work on making a payment and me telling them to pick up the car. Finally they picked up the car and two days latter they call me at work saying where is the car, why are you hinding the car. ARE THESE PEOPLE ALL BRAIN DEAD?
