Be aware of this "Charitable Foundation"
It clearly states that its goal is to protect children
from the horrors and dangers of abuse.
However it was recently investigated by
Child Protection Services in Pinellas County Florida
for the abuse and neglect of a child.
Additionally, the District Attorney's office is
investigating John M Rinaldi for harassment , intimidation and extortion

Woman accused of neglect after boy found alone
A 32-year-old Dunedin woman was arrested Tuesday after Pinellas County
sheriff's deputies found an infant in the woman's apartment, alone and
filthy, authorities say.
At 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, deputies visited the
apartment of Kelly F. Rinaldi at 2284 Richter St. to check on the
welfare of a 1-year-old boy in her care, said Sheriff's Office spokesman
Sgt. Tom Nestor.
When no one answered the door, deputies broke it down,
finding the woman intoxicated and passed out on the couch.
They also
found the infant at the bottom of a stairwell, Nestor said. Nestor would
not give Rinaldi's relationship to the boy to protect his identity.
The child was taken into custody by the sheriff's child protection investigation division. Rinaldi later kicked out one of the back windows of the sheriff's cruiser.
She was charged with child neglect, criminal
mischief and resisting an officer with violence. She was released from
the County Jail early Wednesday on $15,000 bail.

Actually it's my partner who gotten obsessed with this entire thing and has been doing all the research. He considers them like his own. And he has much better connections with this sort of stuff. And he has collected plenty more information regarding the State of Florida attorney Generals Office regarding the charity and even your so called relationship with the March of Dimes. These are State, Inter-State and Federal offenses so I have learned. The Charity is not even registered and Scadden Arps in NYC has no record of any application. Even pretty sure your ID# is your SS#. Haven't got that info confirmed yet. As you can see I have all the real facts in my pocession. Leave my kids out of this or I more forward against you and Kelly in a big legal way since she is listed next to your name on the web site. You know this is all as a result of your father not returning all the belongings he stored in Epstein's Department Store Epstein's Redevelopment Morristown New Jersey storage facility.

Proof of origination. The incident with my nephew has all been dropped. The neighbor working for children's services testified that the story is inaccurate, and a fabrication.
Michael Levine is an aweful, aweful man. Sam Levine, Adam Levine, Lexi Levine Livingston New Jersey. I am very sorry for this public display. Your father ripped me off, as stated below. You know it to be true too... you have my music, my clothes. It's disgusting.
I'm currently working with police, and insurance. All recovery has already been donated to abuse awareness and prevention, aid in runaways, and fund vital organizations improving the lives of our young.
I again am sorry for this public display, but I will not cowar. This public scrutiny I hope will bring further attention to bullying and harassment. No one has the right to harm another by any means.

So now you have resorted to writing Lexi on Facebook. Must be really boring upstate. I know I went there and checked it out after your visit to NJ, pretty mellow, not like the good old days in NYC.
My kids are loving your music. Not much you can do about it is there. Wish you would just take me to court already like you always threaten so we can end this. Or maybe the FBI want's to get involved. I'm sure this is something of national concern.
So now I will have to file 1. harassment charges in NY against you as well for the insane Facebook letter you wrote my daughter. There is always a line that shouldn't be crossed. But sorry to say that you have crossed it when you f**k with my kids. You want to write me that's one thing. But never try to get them involved.
Your claim with the Livingston PD has been closed a long time ago. But mine is still open with the Livingston police department and also with the county court in Jersey. Just in case you make any additional contact with my kids or Michelle.
When I got a copy of your complaint I saw you also put down XXX as one of your addresses. Will use that and 2. Steve R name as owner and your XXX address while filing my next complaint. And restraining order for my kids.
Sent my partner of now 3 years over to check and confirm that he still lives there. He happens to be a Captain in the NYPD. Comes in handy sometimes. He is well aware of all this harrassment BS. He did some more homework and found out it's been a very long time since you have (illegal use of NYPD resources and illegal search...)That could be a problem....You talk about me and my Florida business. Full returns filed every year I was invested and now it has been closed for at least 4. Knock yourself out barking up that tree. No one can trace a thing.
We see John we are two very different people and the way we conduct our lives. I made a big mistake keeping your stuff and not much you can do about it. As far as I can tell from my partners homework the charity doesn't look like it ever has done anything or contributed to any of the listed causes.
Wonder if your old friend Steve Rxxx When your a Captain you get the information you need. Wonder if he wants to get more involved in all this too?
At some point I would hope you would move on.

You f*k with my family, then I move forward, and bury you in the court system.
The county and town courts already say I have enough history from all the past texts and e-mails from you to move forward.
Just cross that line and I have to take action from there.
So try to move on with your life. I think there are more important things that you must need to deal with.
