Kathy Smith, Kathy Jones-smith, Kathryn Smith, Kathryn Jones-smith Kathy's Kennel & Stable I bought a boxer from her a year and a half ago and he now has a cancerous tumor the size of a softball. I have tried emailing, and calling the numbers I have for her. She has disappeared Camdenton, Missouri
We bought our boxer a year and a half ago from this woman. He has a tumor the size of a softball on his left side. We have just found out that it is cancerous. We have tried calling and emailing this woman but all her phone numbers have been disconnected and her email address kicks back as invalid.
Our surgeon told us there is nothing that will cure our dog. At a year and a half our dog will soon be put to sleep. We were not too surprised to find that this woman is now "unreachable".
She is an irresponsible breeder.

I have a Boxer and I have learned that these dogs are known for cancer problems - I am sorry that your baby has cancer
Here is some information for you
As such, Boxers are now among the most popular breeds in the United States. Because there are so many dogs being bred to keep up with the demand, the breed now has quite a few disorders that they are particularly prone to. These include specific cancers, hip dysplasia, bloat as well as diet related allergies.
It may be the breeders fault but it just may be because of the breed - I am soo sorry for you dog and for you - In the future forget breeders and choose adoption
