I am disabled,this company knew this,and proceeded to rip me off any way.They promised for $489 they would get me grant to start small business.After recieving my check and telling me I would get grant 8 weeks from April 29,08 they are no longer in business.Ihave tried all Iknow to find these people but no one knows anything.Some one had to endorse my check.My funds are very hard to come by. I need to find these people and my money. Icontacted the people who rents the suites where CEM Associates was based. They don't know them even though they are recieving mail at their address.CEM Associates phone # has been busy for 8 weeks.Ihave filed complaints to everyone Ican think of. I don't know where to go from here. Somebody has to know where these people are!Please any info will help. Maybe with everyone's help, we can catch them and get people's money back.
