On Feb 27, I purchased a chest freezer at $846.98 over the internet website KaTom.com  and they withdrew the same amount from my debit card. They promised to notify shipping status by email but I did not have any email or any  responses from my several callings until Mar 10 2020.

On Mar 10, Shasta McDaniel sent me an email saying that "Our order processing team has been trying to contact you since 2/28, as we are needing tax approval for this order. Please call 800-541-8683 to provide your credit card information for the taxes, which are $66.70." without apologizing their unresponsiveness and neglect.

 They were lying cause I did not have any calling history from them during 15 days. And whenever I called, the line was busy and I left my number according to announcement but they did not call me back.   Their customer relationship was very rare in this country and I want everybody knows their suspicious business practice! Finally I cancelled this order and asked money back to my debit card but they still did not response at all until today Mar 12 2020.
