Katy Freeway Tire & Automotive (Goodyear) Had barke work one on my 1988 Acura, The brake still locks-up. After returns visits for the proble to be correced, with no correct action for problem corrected. Houston,Texas
ON DECEMBER 27, 2006 I TOOK MY 1988 HUNDA ACURA TO THE KATY FREEWAY TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE (GOODYEAR) FOR REPAIRS. THEY QOUTED THAT THE CAR NEEDED CALIPERS, PADS, ROTOR RESURFACED, ABS VALVE.
THIS DID NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. I RETURNED THE FOR CORRECRTION ON (2) TWO OCCASIONS WITH NOTHING BEING CORRECTED. THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME AND MY DAUGHTER THAT HE COULD FIX THE CAR AND THAT HE WAS NOT TO FIT IT.
I HAVE HER TAKE THE CAR TO GILLMAN ACURA @ 18002 I-45 NORTH HOUSTON, TX 77090, (MIKE FROHLICH) SALE 281-821-1100 THEY QUOTED ME THAT THE CAR NEEDED OTHE PARTS TO HAVE CORRECED THE PROBLEM.
THIS SERVICE CENTER LET MY DOUGTHER AND (2) TWO YOUNG KIDS OUT ON THE STREES WHEN SHE PICKED UP THE AND THE BRAKES LOCKED UP AS THEY DID FOR THE REASON I TOOK IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
THE ALSO SAID ON THE BUSSINESS CARD THAT THEY HAVE WECKER SERVICE. HE TOLD ME HE CAN NOT AFFORD TO SEND A TOE TRUCK TO GET THE CAR.

I'll use my amazing powers of long range vision, and say the entire problem was nothing more than collapsed front brake hoses.
In nearly every case where the calipers are replaced due to not retracting, it's the hoses that are at fault, not the caliper. There's nothing about a caliper that will make it "stick". The pins may seize due to lack of grease, but even they can be fixed. The last non'leaking caliper I replaced was more than a year ago. A collapsed hose will allow the fluid to go TO the caliper, due to pressure, but will not allow the fluid to return...and locking brakes is your result.
Am I correct in my diagnosis?

Did you ask for your money back? That's really all they can do for you at this point, and they should give you your money back.
Since they told you they can't find the problem, it is pointless to keep asking that they find the problem. You'll have to take the car somewhere else to get it fixed.
