Complaint Review: Kaufman's Weding World

This is a "General Response" too all Kaufman's distressed bridal parties:

Congratulation ladies! You were asked (via this web site) to filed complaints with the PA State Attorney (Mr. Seth Mendelsohn) and I read that over 150 complaints were received "prompting" the PA Attorney General (Pappert) to ask Judge Dan Pellegrini to grant a two page order regarding defrauding Kaufman's Wedding World and their owners Harry and Margaret and Ira.

That goes to show if we ladies stick together with all the evidence, that we are more powerful than Kaufman's corporate attorney who has no evidence except for his defrauding clients (Kaufman's) lying words.

Who is "Ira" Kaufman? Does anyone know? Is he the "Son" of the educated attorney Harry Kaufman who allegedly has "defrauded" consumers on bridal dresses before, filed Bankruptcy and emerged to do it again in 2002, 2003 and 2004 respectable?

Ladies and State Attorneys in MD, PA, OH & MI should not have to waste so much money (consumer and taxpayer) to put up with the total destruction that the Kaufman's have caused our entire "Society" in four (4) states nationwide.

Including "Wasted" taxpayer monies to have State Attorney's (in 4 states) deal with the Chaotic mess left by an man who the law association empowered with a law degree to "outwit" the state attorney offices in many states.

As always, we consumers have to pay for the corporate criminals like Harry, Ira & Margaret Kaufman, Martha Stewart, Enron Executives, Adelphia Cable Executives, Morgan Stanley, Arthur Andersen, Leona Helmsly, etc. while they sit in "Wealthy Mansions" with "Servant", "Chefs", "Maids" & "Chauffeurs" too like Vera Wang whose corporation also defrauded many bridal parties nationwide.

Ladies, for 30 years the "Entire" bridal dress industry (including all the executive like Vera Wang and Harry Kaufman) have supported these kinds of criminals with their "Lack" of help in stopping the "repetitive Crime" of bridal dress "Fraud".

This year (2004) the Federal Trade Commission (wasted taxpayers monies) sending bridal dress executives (over 3,000) warning letters about the "Illegal" crime of showing (as sample) many bridal dresses with "Missing Garment Tags".

I am trying to explain to the Federal Trade commission that each year they fail to "PROPERLY" address the repetitive crime of bridal dress fraud is each year more victims have to suffer "Devastating Damages" to consumers "Expensive Planned Wedding" that become ruined as a direct result of the "illegal" negligence of the bridal dress industry executives (many)who do nothing to stop the repetitive crime yearly.

Ladies we all need to stay together so that Harry Kaufman is "arrested" for his "repetitive criminal activity" in Society that causes all to suffer by paying higher taxes.

To Harry's victims:

Be sure to "Demand" of the PA State Attorney's office, that Harry, Ira & Margaret be "Arrested" and the Kaufman's feel real "devastation" (sitting in a Jail cell) since apparently the Kaufman's failed to learn their lesson the first thetime around.

Also, the PA State Attorney (Mr. Mendelsohn) is well aware of bridal dress scams as Peggy (previous poster) provided (2003) him with an informative brief explaining the "Illegal" repetitive destruction many bridal retail executives cause many ladies nationwide each and every year.

Mr. Mendelsohn failed to "properly" handle the criminals (just like Kaufman's) in 2003 and now my heart breaks to read all the new complaints and "UNNECESSARY" STRESS caused to consumers who are always the ones who have to pay for Hollywood and corporate criminal like Harry Kaufman.

There is overwhelming evidence (30 years of complaining ladies) and Mr. Mendelsohn is wasting taxpayer monies by failing to stop the repetitive crime at the core (manufacturers in my opinion) instead of being "reactive" each year to these crimes of fraud. Wasting taxpayer monies that could be better spent on the needy.

If there are any ladies who want to join together (one attorney to represent our interest) please let me know. I have done a two-year investigation of bridal dress retail executives and the evidence is overwhelming and all gathered to save money for consumers.

Ladies nationwide are more powerful by having one attorney to represent us all instead of each lady (100's) having their own separate attorney while each attorney waste time researching each separate case charging you to do so. Highly taxing and burdening consumers pocketbooks. Ladies the evidence is free for your via one attorney.

Ladies the research has already been done and if past victims gather, we are very powerful to stop this "repetitive" crime to help potential victims in 2005 2006 and 2007 if "History" (of bridal dress scams) provides lessons.

The "Crime" of bridal dress deception is occurring all over the country and it is time the U.S. Justice Dept. start addressing all the "Corporate" criminal who cause "Confusion", "Un-Necessary Stress", "Loss of Taxpayer and Consumers monies each year addressing "All" the Harry Kaufman's and Vera Wang's of the industry.

Ladies we need to stay together as our "honest" testimonies can finally "Force" the U.S. Justice Dept and the Fed. Trade Commission to finally address the repetitive deception in the bridal dress industry.

We also need witnesses (mothers, fathers, sisters and friends of the bridal parties) to file complaints as "Witnesses" to the deceptions.

I have been interviewing many witnesses (ladies who feel defrauded by bridal dress executives) nationwide and just about every lady nationwide knows of or has witnessed/experienced bridal dress retail executives who defiantly fail to obey the laws that govern the garment industry.

One reason this crime continues each and every year is the "Inadequacies" of many local state attorneys (Mr. Mendelsohn-PA, Mr Gamma-NY, Mr. ????-UT, Mr. ????-MD, etc.) who are more confused then consumers in my experience opinion.

Let me hear from any person (man or woman, victim or witness, old or new complaints) who wants to join together to request your money back for your "unnecessary" destroyed wedding expenses and taxpayer monies redemption by the criminal Mr. Harry Kaufman.

They say Harry, Margaret and Ira Kaufman are innocent until proven guilty. But my opinion is that they are already proven "Guilty" by the honest witness testimonies of many of his "defrauded" bridal parties nationwide.

Send Harry, Margaret & Ira to Jail for "Life" is my opinion. One, two, three strikes and Kaufmans are out/in jail, for "Life". That is reasonable Jail sentence for Kaufman's repetitive crimes, isn't it ladies?

Finally to all ladies, victims, witnesses and retail executives who want to help. Let us all join together in a class action suit, which will be more efficient for all defrauded consumers.

Ladies your voices are our most "POWERFUL" weapons against "Thugs" (corporate bridal dress executives) who "promote, aid and abet" the crime of bridal dress fraud causing "UNNECESSARY" STRESS for so many bride's weddings each and every year nationwide.

I await ladies responses. I know of an attorney who handled the nationwide "smoking" consumers suit against manufacturers. I think I could convince him to help.

But not unless you ladies speak out loud with your voices in written form! Keep the complaints coming, as they are our most powerful weapons!

Good day to all scammed and defrauded bridal dress victim and to Hollywood Starlet who get "Free" dresses from Manufacturers (like Vera Wang) who defraud consumers like my family to afford Hollywood's free dresses. That is my opinion, of course.
