Complaint Review: KAVITHA SUKRAWAN RAO

Kavitha Sukrawan Rao is a slumlord and a scam artist. She stold $4,050 from me and my family and falsified docucments to the court system to evict me commiting purgury saying I did not pay rent after a month and kept my money. She is a racist she sent a picture of a monkey to my email and called me a n****r in the email.

Kavitha has two children a 4 month old and 3 year old and an indonisian husband and her family rents properties, dirty nasty houses to tenants, takes advantage of people and steals their money. She is very nasty she left the house nasty with dog piss from fostering dogs when she decided to rent to us and we had to clean her filthy house.

She will lie and say she is going to fix something in the house and send bogus workers to pretend to be fixing it and houses are all dumps.

Do not rent nor do any kind of business with her she will steal your money then lie and kick you out and say you did not pay rent. She also lies and says she is moving to chicago knowing she is living in jackson, ga with her family. Chandrika is her relative and works with her as well.
