Complaint Review: Kawikas Painting Maui

I was promised a raise after my probation officer 3 months it took 6 months about 4 times my check didn't come in after being promised before getting hired we would have it every Friday morning. got harrassed on Halloween for dressing up like a girl, Harley Quinn several of us got harrassed by Gordon an employee with Kawikas Painting Oahu and when we complained 1 guy was laid off. 1 guy was suspended and then Gordon went I to my toolbox stole something after my coworkers told him not to touch it because it's mine. he still steals tools I told my boss Lionel boss for Maui he said he couldn't do anything. then I called Sean from Kawikas Painting Oahu his dad is the owner but I tell Sean and he says we'll sometimes we need to share tools it's in the employee handbook the tools you need to bring. Gordon says why am I going to bring tools for a one week job. he harrassed everyone on the job doesn't bring tools steals mine and Sean tells me that Gordon is his good friend so he will just talk to him. I said where is the Justice. the next day Maui boss Lionel says that they are slow and my attendance so I'm going to be laid off then one of my coworkers tells me another foreman was talking about me grumbling to them and about me being laid off. I thought it was confidential no respect no loyalty and no honor can anyone tell me how or what to do ?
