On December 1 I ordered a ring for my girl for Christmas
Was told it would arrive Dec 14 (this is 2nd business day service for a ring ordered on Dec 1 ?)


Never received it
When I contacted Kay Jewelers, ( and this has been on going since Dec 14,) I was told they shipped it UPS and that package was left on my front steps. I told them no package was on steps or anywhere and that I did not receive anything.


UPS confirmed with me I never received package.


Kay.com is still insisting I received package and are trying to show proof by submitting UPS tracking number but not showing package was left at front door a Kay.com is lying by trying to say I confirmed I received the package.
THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE BY THEM. Spoke to UPS yesterday Dec 30 and they are aware package was never received and have an open investigation.


As Kay.com contracts with UPS to deliver packages it is between them and UPS not I the consumer who never received the package containing the ring!
 
Kay.com total scam artists.
