Kay Jewelers in Woodbury, MN has had my engagement ring for almost a month now. I sent the ring in for a smaller size. The place that sizes the ring called us letting us know my size was too small and would put gaps in the diamonds so they needed to place sizing balls on the ring. We gave them the approval and they said the ring would be back to us in about 2 days.

We never heard and called the store multiple times. Every time we called they said they didn't know where my ring was or that they were still waiting on the approval for the sizing balls. We were getting frustrated because we gave the approval approximately 3 to 4 times.

We finally talked to the store manager when the day they originally told me I was getting my ring back. He said the place that sizes the rings broke a diamond on the ring. After a few days he called back with more information, which they had just ordered a new diamond.

We were given another date for getting my rings back, but when we gave them another phone call yesterday to make sure we were getting our ring back finally tomorrow. We found out yet again we were lied to about when I am getting my ring back.

They still do not know what's going on with my ring. I have no clue when I am getting it back. The store still has no clue what is going on, or at least that is what we were told today.
