Kay jewelers Platinum stole Alexander Virginia
I took my ring into Kay's jewelers for repair, the shank was broke. This is my wedding ring platinum setting, I was quoted $237.00 when I went to pick up my ring Kay jewelers told me it was going to Be $537.00 I stated this is not what was quoted ,the salesperson said you don't have to take it. This ring is over $5,000.00 I was not going to let them have my ring. I contacted kays they sent me a gift card. I don't want a gift card I want my $300.00 refund. Please help
