Complaint Review: Kay Jewlers

my fiance brought me a ring from kay back in 2001 this ring kept loosing stones its been repaired more times than it has been on my finger so we argued with them about this cuz it gets old they tell me im rough on my rings .. yeah ok im wearing a ring on my finger that i had for 24 years and never lost a stone i wear a ring on every finger and never lost a stone till i got one at kays..,believe me i am not rough on my rings ..than we decided back in nov to exchange this ring for a new one the manager told us the one i had could be defective so we did was upset its the same ring but its not the one i got when i got engaged.. isnt that the purpose of getting engaged to have that ring for life ?

anyway i got my new ring and within 1 week to the day the d**n stone fell out again. yes i take my ring in every 6 months to get looked out .. sometimes more if i am at the mall just to have them check it it always comes back ok .than a few days later a stone falls out so go figure...no one seems to care that this stone keeps falling out and im tired of not having my ring on my finger .. well this moring a stone fell out again so this is like the 15 time with this ring its the 2nd time and i got it in nov... they tell us we can trade this one in d**n its only been on my finger for almost 3 years why would i want to trade it in ..isnt that why we brought it in the first place cuz its the ring i wanted? i dont want another i want this one.. any help ....im at my witts end...
