I've bought jewlery and gifts for my wife on numerous occasions at Kay's. I had bought her two diamond aniversary bands that she asked me to have soldered together with two prior bands she had to make one composite band. I bought the insurance and paid for the soldering job which they declared would all be covered by the insurance.

When they first they delivered the composite band the job was done very poorly and was unuseable so we sent in back and they agreed to repair it right. Well they got it back to us and shortly after that a stone fell out.

We took it back to have it repaired and they changed their story about the insurance. Now they want us to pay for the lost stone which was caused by the poor quality of their jewler. So they send it away and get it back and they call us to tell us that they had to send it back because they inspected it and found more loose stones. So they call us yet again tell it was in and to pick it up on friday. So we saunder over to the mall to find out that they don't have it yet and supposedly they should have called. They did to tell us it wsa to be picked up on friday.

I spoke to the manager and asked to get her mangers number and she told me she could only give me her voice mail. I called and what I got was a bunch or menus . Customer service my a*s!!!
