Complaint Review: kay jewlers

i have purchased several items from kays and without fail it breaks or stones fall out well before the 6 month mark 1 bracelet broke 2 months after the purchase, my tanzanite stones fell out 3 weeks after the purchase. i have a whole list of complaints that would just take too long to list them all. the quality of their jewelry has diminished SLOWLY BUT SURELY i am not a construction worker who can damage jewelry easily, i am a stay at home mother, so it isn't that i mistreat my jewelry.

isnt it funny that none of my jewelry from anywhere else has broke?HMMM? if you are looking for quality jewlery kays is not the place to shop at. don't waste your money
