My husband bought my engagement ring a year ago, it was beautiful I was so happy. Shortly after diamonds fell out, I chalked it up to working to hard. My husband took tha ring back they sent it off to be fixed. I get the ring back and right away more diamonds fall out in fact we had it fixed three times in 6 months. Finally they sent in for another one, so I got a brand new ring. Low and behold 5 months after I get it back another diamond falls out! I go to the store and just explain that I would like my money back. I'm told the best they can do for me is exchange it for another ring that's going to cost me more.... Why would I pay more for another ring? Clearly they can't stand behind their jewelry.. It's all a scam to get you to keep spending more.
