Complaint Review: Kaylee Adkins

3/12/09 Researched information about Kaylee Adkins, make sure the billing and shipping and cvv matched. As there are multiple transactions and this looks fishy. there is one other address that is says to ship to:
8978 Firstgate Drive
Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068
I googled this address and this comes up as a business. Stonerock Electric I talked to the man there and he says that he knows Kaylee, and that she is his daughters friend and that sometimes she gets things shipped there because kaylee's mom is weird. He says he knows she has money and these transactions shouldnt be a problem.
3/12/09 Sent a message at 8:15 to the email on file on the problem with 2 items and why there are multiple orders and to confirm she, Kaylee is authorizing this. Here is the email:
Kaylee,

Hi love. I just got 5 orders from you, all from the same credit card, around the same time. Just wondering why you wouldn't have combined them all into one transaction. Also, 2 of the orders got a general error, and will not be able to be processed (credit card info did not go through)

The ones that got an error were:
2 transactions for $45.50 each, both for the same item 1x Red lace up angel corset mini dress.
These items received an error on the credit card processing and will need to be repurchased if you still want them.

On my backend of the store I see you want the shipping address to

BUT on my authorize.net credit card processing, I see that you want some of the orders shipped to

I googled that address and it is Stonerock Electric
I called the number and spoke to the gentleman , he says you are his daughters friend and you get stuff shipped there sometimes.

Please pardon me, I just find this all a little strange. I just want to make sure that you are who you are and that you are the person authorized for these purchases. Everything matched except the address that you want to ship to some of them.

Please give me a call love, so we can talk about this, and if you need the $45.50 item , you will need to make the purchase again, because the card did not go through.

I need to know if you want combined shipping, and which address you really want me to send everything to?

3/12/09 9am- called Authorize.net and made sure that the 3 transactions that did go through have a billing addy match, cvv match as well. YES

3/12/09 Texted Kaylee on the phone around 3:30 pm
3/12/09 She responded by text at 3:37pm saying "who is this"
3/12/09 I responded back to her saying this is Jamie owner of mystic crypt and that i had a problem with her order and need her to call me
3/12/09 3:50 pm she called my business phone. We talked I asked her why she made so many in a rown, she said she was at work when she made the purchases and that she was trying to hurry and that she kept seeing more things that she wanted so she bought multiple things. I told her the corset dress did not go through and that if she still wants the item? She says yes i still want that item. I told her I would give her either free shipping on the order or a discount off on the order if she wants to do it and would it be okay if i ship to the billing address as based on the situation I would feel more comfortable. She said yes, she usually ships some to friend, but it is good to ship to billing addy. I prceeded to hang up with her she said she will be on tonight to buy it. I made a code (15% off - i couldnt do free shipping with out email coupon)

Hi, I just talked to you on the phone about your order. You were gonna log on and get the corset dress. I have inputted you a 15% off your order for the next order that you make. =) feel free to order that dress and some other items if you wish with the discount. Keep in mind though the discount of 15% will only work one time, so make sure you have everything in your cart first. The other items you bought went through. When you log onto your account you can see. You dont have to enter a code or anything, and you wont see the 15% discount until you go to the checkout page. I will await the final order and then I will process your items and ship them out. Thanks for your purchases. =)

P.s. I am glad that someone wasn't trying to use your credit card. Please confirm that you got this message.
