Complaint Review: Kays Naturals

In May a young man came to my door selling magazines for a fundraiser for a trip with his soccer team. He said he and his family just moved to Ashfall Street, which is around the corner from where I live.

I bought 4 two year subscriptions for a total of $322. My check was cashed. I received a letter from Kays Naturals in Arizona stating that "due to some unforeseen issues, we are unable to fulfill my subscriptions." They included a sheet of 18 different magazines and instructed me to choose from them.

I was not interested in any of the choices so I sent a letter back stating I did not want any alternative magazines and wanted my money refunded.

I never received a response or refund.
