Kazaa Gold ripoff I paid for this music service and did not get to use it Internet
I ordered Kazaa Gold this past summer. I paid for this music service so I could download more music. I ended up having to do a system recovery and lost the program. I contacted this company MANY, MANY times and FINALLY I received a response. The response just said to re-download. Well, guess what? They wanted me to pay AGAIN. I NEVER heard from them again and didn't get to use the program, nor did I get my money reimbursed (which was taken directly out of my account)

You don't have to pay again.

When you originally purchased Kazaa Gold, they gave you a proof-of-purchase number. I write mine down and kept it in my desk for safe-keeping.
I had to do a system recovery. Yes, you do have to download Kazaa again. But at the payment screen, there's a link saying "current customers" or something to that effect. Click on that, enter in your proof-of-purchase, and you're good to go.
I'm guessing you didn't note this number. I had to do several system recoveries (it was an old computer, which has since been replaced) and each time I entered in my proof-of-purchase number and got everything back up and running again.
