I charged Kazaa gold to my Visa card, I then dl the software, it did not work, so I emailed the company. I got a generic email highlighted in yellow, as if I'm stupid. It said to delete, and redownload, I did. It did not work, I sent another email again they said redl, I did. I also explained to them that 2 files would not delete on my second email, therefore a deletion was not possible. They still sent me an email teliing me to delete, and redl. After 4 emails I got pissed off, and told them I needed a resovle. They sent me instructions for a refund. Not only did I follow it to a letter. I provided a notary, and sent it priorty mail. I checked online and saw it had been deleivered.

I then told my bank since I was on the phone about the TrueGenix hoodia anyways. I did not want the 60 day period to pass. I will also make a complaint to the Attorney Generals office in Mass. This company is truly a disgrace. BTW they say in their terms that if you reverse they charge 50.00 to your credit card, do not let this intimade you.
