Kazikes Failed to send my order after charging my debit card Internet

Ordered DVD "Driving Miss Daisy" 10/14/04. Kazikes responded with order # on 10/18/04 and charged my card $16.34.

Kazikes sent e-mail on 11/1/04 that my order was on "back order" and would be processed within two weeks.

I sent an e-mail inquiry on 11/24/04 as to the status of my order. I received no response. (orders@kazikes.com)

I sent two more e-mails dated 12/05/04 & 12/21/04 and requested a refund since they were not able to supply the DVD. Each of these were sent to their customer service Dept. Customer service responded with a "form" e-mail stating my request would be placed on file and answered in 24-48 hours. As of 01/16/05 I haven't heard from them. (customerservice@kazikes.com)
