Kazor custom homes does not stand behind their homes. They use poor quality materials as well. I also have had liens placed on my home due to non payment of contractors and vendors. Eric Rozak is very offensive, arrogant and is not easy to work with. Do Not bye a Kazor custom home if you want good quality, workmanship, and most of all a warranty!!!

THIS REPORT IS UNFOUNDED AND A "FRAUD"!! Kazor Custom Homes uses only quality workmanship and materials and has NEVER had a lien placed on ANYTHING!
This is obviously a malicious attack with no merit!
Eric Rozak and Kazor Custom Homes is an active member of various Builders Associations and on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau... with ZERO complaints... ever! Additionally there has never been a complaint filed with the TRCC in the State of Texas.
All legitimate warranty items are always addressed and corrected.
This "Anonymous" report has no way of verifiying the information through this website, therefore can not be deemed accurate.
