The Customer KB Factory located at 2727 East Adamo Drive requested service for the Toyota forkllift serial # 60084 model # 7FGU25. Our business Teknia Logistics picked up the Toyota forklift and delivered a loaner (New Hyundai 5000 lb forklift)

Customer authorized the installation of new parts (Toyota forklift parts) and paid with credit card.

After receiving the forklift back, we received a charge back notice from the Bank.

KBFactory kept all new parts and kept their money... we are out $3983.00

Worst service ever……….. Worst customer service ever…………Don´t use this company never…… We had the worst experience with this company.
Everyone does work hard to make money, and deserves getting paid depend on honesty and integrity of work.
We never refused not to pay you guys
Let me start from beginning Scott came to KB Factory and we decided to try them out.
First we gave them to repair after few week we got our Forklift back, we were happy to get our forklift up and running since we were assure by Toyota forklift, Teknia Logistics but loss power while going up a ramp so we call Scott again since it was not fixed the way it supposed to be.
So then they ask us to pay another $981.00 to get the issues resolve.
 
They fixed it in another two week and gave us confirmation that everything is perfect with your forklift and there won’t be any other issues…..But after a week water pump broke and the real drama started with the company they won’t even reply the phones or email and next thing I get a email from ripoff and BBB.
