Can't get product support as indicated that we could .....

Needed techical assistance in finding out why the JAM Digital Camera's Flash would not operate. Also, needed to find out where one could obtain the 16 mg multi Media Card for this camera.

Could not access the website.
Could not reach anyone via phone...
