KB Gear Interactive - Where are you? Where's my rebate? Ripoff
I purchased two KB Gear items in December 2001. One is the JamP3 and the other the JamCam. They were both offered with a rebate, $30 each. I followed the instructions, sent the rebate information in as directed and haven't heard from them yet. I wasn't that suspicious, it's not that late. However, on the rebate form there's a phone number to call to check status. That number gives you another number. That number is not in service. I went to their web-site. http://www.kbgear.com/ Under 'contact us' the only choice there is the webmaster's email address. That email address is no good. I called information, got another phone number. That number gave me another number, that number is not in service. If you're keeping track, that's 4 numbers not working. The address they list in Minnesota, belongs to another company now. Unless of course, they are sharing a suite with someone? I not only want my rebate money, I want to find out if this company is out of business. Where's the warranty and support? Anyone out there have a similar experience? Anyone know how to reach them?
