Complaint Review: Kb Homes Central Florida

I purchase my house about 5 years old coming this November 2014, just to get the same remarks about my cracks all over my house.  Kb home famous words, "The house is just settling".  After 5 d*** years, come- on!!!!   I shown the Kb home guy today how my concrete in my garage is cracking that is leading to my house foundation concrete cracks. And I made him aware how my garage is separating from my house foundation concrete.  Also, I pointed out my entrance frontt door way concrete crack is leading to the side of my door stucco and a vertical stucco crack coming from the top right corner.  Thus, I have a horizontal eye level along the left side starting from entrance to mid position from front door. All around my house I have stair steps line on my exterior stucco, as well stucco bulging at bottom right side of house forming. On top of everything else, after every rain I have a 2 to 3 days pool in my backyard and my grounds is mostly mucky. My interior top to bottom edges continue to crack. All this information were given to the Kb home guy and he still said, " All this is normal".  Really, am I that stupid!!! I told him to put all that in writing what he said that is going on with my house.  Thursday the 23 of November, he said I will have something in writing.  City Hall said, " Oh no that is not normal for a new built house to do that".  In addition, I am paying association for a none gated community.  When someone was vandalizing our boxes we had to pay out of our pockets for the mailboxes, even though, we don't own the property where the mailboxes are located.  But we have to maintain the property that we do not own, as well where the mailboxes are located.
