Complaint Review: KD Saddle Blankets

KD Saddle Blankets Sold me a $175 saddle blanket, Did not send it and will not cooperate with me or send refund. I paid through Paypal and have filed a claim but she will not answer the claim.

I did not receive the product that I paid for. On May 8, 2020

I contacted seller on Facebook messenger: I have not received the black and white saddle blanket. Has it been returned for some reason? I checked the invoice and the address was correct. 

I contacted seller again on 5-22-2020 on Facebook messenger with no reply. I looked on their facebook reviews and I see several reviews where people have never received their product after paying.





I have made several more attempts to resolve this with no success.  

On May 26 I messaged her:   Please contact me to let me know if this is available or if you can refund for it.  She - Kathryn Dolphin responded saying that her assistant had packed it up to ship it and had gone to the "Shipping Depot" but when she (Kathryn) looked at her bill from Shipping Depot there was no record of it.  

This is fraud.  She does not intend to send a refund or the product.
