Complaint Review: Keatons Autobody

I was recently involved in a wreck when I was hit by a drunk driver. The insurance company had me take the car to Keatons Autobody in Huntington WV. This company is very unprofessional and makes a huge mess of your car. I dont know where to start there has been so many problems with them. First they had the car for over two months because they couldnt get the airbag lights to go off. When I got the car back the seatbelt buzzers were still going off while driving down the road. I looked at the front of the car and on the passengers side(which wasnt even involved in the wreck) the fender is bent out and has been repainted and the lines around the fenders and headlights are very messed up. The plastic spoiler underneath the car which is supposed to be new is bent up and scratched up and there is no way that it is new. There is two center caps on the car that are missing that didnt used to be missing. They said that they replaced two wheels on the passengers side that look to be the same wheels they used to be. The tire on the drivers side front has a three inch gash into it and is missing the tread all of the way to the belts. The drivers side rear door is supposed to be new but has a huge dent in the center of it. The rear winshield wiper no longer works but it worked fine when they started messing with the steering column. The car pulls to the right when you are driving down the road. The car vibrates and bounces up and down and makes noises like crazy. How could you do this to a customer. I would like to hear comments from others with bad experiences. When I ask about this stuff they tell me over and over again it had nothing to do with the wreck so there is nothing we can do about it straight out lies and I dont know what to do about it. The car looks like crap and drives like crap and it was new just a few months ago before the wreck and before Keatons autobody touched it. I wouldnt let these people work on my bicycle.
