Keeley Ashton:

-Ebaying from barclays email address during work hours.

-Several disputes/claims of items not received on Ebay.

-Claims most of her post goes missing on a regular basis when they are sent standard delivery, but does not pay addition charges for recorded delivery.

I have had a problem with this buyer on Ebay who claims the items have not been received, I linked the buyer to a family members account who sells the same items and she also confirmed the buyer claimed her item not received.

When confronted with the above her response implied that all her post goes missing when sent standard delivery but did not choose recorded delivery option.

Currently investigating Royal Mail theft/Fraud and other possibilities however we should mention that this buyer has a track record of items not received problems.

In addition to this should a proffesional reprensenting Barclays be Ebaying from a barclays email address?
