I got an email from Keen stating that if I paid $15 for a reading, they would match my $15 with $15 from them, so I went ahead and decided to get a reading from one of their psychics. But they never honored their word. They never put one cent toward that reading. I sent them an email complaining about it, but I never heard a word back. That is so unprofessional! I can't believe they are so dishonest! Very poor business.

The same thing happened to me.  I tried to redeem the $15 promotion and the link didn't work.  I wrote to them for help and got a canned response from "Charles" that you have to click through the email link (which was exactly what I did but it didn't work.)

I wrote back a couple more times and got no response.  Finally I called their customer service number and again got the same response from "Charles" saying you have to click through the email link to use the promo.  I told him, that is exactly what I did.  I clicked through the email and added $15, but the free $15 wasn't added to my account.  He said there was nothing they could do to fix it.  I knew that was a lie because I've had problems with their promotions before and they CAN fix it manually if they want to.  This guy just kept saying he had no way to do anything about it, but I would be welcome to add another $15 and try to redeem it again (yeah, right!!)  I said, NO, I already added the $15, now I want the free $15 like the email promised.  I said straight out that not honoring the promotion was fraud.  But he still refused to do anything about it.  All he would say is that we could add another $15 and try it again, which I refused to do since I already added the money.

This went on for awhile.  Eventually he hung up on me.  So I just called right back and spoke to someone else.  The second guy I spoke to did add the $15 to my account.  He said he would probably get in trouble for it.

If you are persistent, and refuse to take no for an answer, you will get the money, but you may have to call a few times until you find someone who actually takes the word "fraud" seriously.  It may be a demoralizing experience so you have to decide if it is worth the $15 credit.

Here is the Keen customer service number and hours of operation, from the email they sent me.

Customer Support (877) 533-6435
Hours of Operation Mon-Fri 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific

This company has the WORST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.  And yes they are absolutely dishonest, crooked, and downright fraudulent in their dealings.  Better to stay away from this company entirely.  Don't get in the habit of calling because it can be a very hard habit to break, and those promotions only serve to keep you hooked anyway.

They are all FRAUDS - there is no such thing as a "psychic, spellcaster, love guru" etc etc.  They are all con artists out to scam you ie: get as much cash from you as they can.  Stop paying these losers and just live your life.
