Complaint Review: Keen.com

I registered on Keen.com around 9/12 as an expert. My listing went up, but was not listed on the site. It was waiting approval. When I first registered on Keen, they wanted credit card verification. I had a bad feeling, but went to put in my cc anyway and couldn't get it to go through. I emailed Keen to ask why. Never got a response. I thought that since I wasn't a member or an expert, they wouldn't answer me. I decided to use a friends card to register in the hopes I would be able to straighten things out once I got registered. I still couldn't get an email response. After a few days I gave up. A couple weeks later, I went to Keen and saw that my listing was still not approved. I decided to email once again. I did finally get a response telling me they couldn't verify my info. and they required more. I entered my dl#, my ss#, name, address and phone number and hit submit and was locked out of the site. I can't even get them to allow me to fix whatever problem they are having with verifying me. I told them I used a friends credit card and they didn't even acknowledge that.

In the last week I have sent them three emails trying to get them to let me correct this problem and they refuse. They have not provided an ounce of customer service. I also have concerns that I gave these people my DL#, SS# and a couple credit card numbers. I have no faith that they won't use these numbers for something completely dishonest.

I want to warn others about this company. Please don't register with them. They do have complaints on the BBB for billing and customer service problems. They have dealt with this situation in a completely unprofessional manner. The emails they have sent me have been full of grammer and spelling mistakes. That makes them look even more like scam artists.
