Complaint Review: Keen.com

I have a shocking experience with one of the top rated Keen readers.After i left a fair, but negative feedback,the reader went absolutely nuts,and sent me a horrible e-mail.It was really cruel and hostile.The mail included personal information given in the reading,and was sent it to all the callers on his/her list...This is not allowed,and of course it was very mean.I rapported it to Keen and got my money back,but i was left in shock.This is supposed to be spiritual guides???

And what happend next is that i suddenly found myself blocked from advisors before i had even spoken to them.
Obviously they have a underground network working very well.You should all know about this.
