Complaint Review: Keen/igenio Psychic Line - San Francisco CA 415-248-4000

I called 800-648-9258 (Keen Psychics) on New Year's Day. Normally, I get real good response as I have been using them for several months.

However, on this day, they were awful. I believe in prayer but the psychic named angel used up my money by automatically praying for me instead of answering questions. The other psychic named star celestial was awful also.
I hung up several times because I did not like their type of customer service.

By this time, my card was charged $20 and I had not talked 5 minutes to one person, this came from me hanging up on all the bad ones. Finally, I added more to my account to get someone else. I did get a very nice gentlemen; and a young lady but my account was charged approximatelly $60.

I called customer service because they guaranteed your money back is you were not happy. Well, all they wanted to return was $5.87 out of $60. I thought this was awful compared to the amount of money that I have spent with this company in excess of $400, previously.

So, I want others to know that there are good psychic men on the site, but be very aware of the awful ladies. And you will not get your money back.
