Complaint Review: Keene Machinery

We too have been ripped off from Karon Jones at Keene Machinery. We are a heavy haul company and did many hauls for them.  After many attempts to collect 26K+ and she disputed a credit card transaction which I have proof that she consented the transaction. She has failed to make any attempt to make payment so we sent a certified letter with no response but that she filed bankruptcy shortly after receiving the letter. I would be very cautious in using Heavy Iron Equipment if Karon Jones has anything to do with that company! They also have the audacity to call us for quotes even though they know they owe us. Theft of service over 5K is a felony! How dare her to rip off someone who did so many services for her we too have families to feed and drivers to pay on those runs!
