If you call keep it clean carpet care for a 9.95 cleaning you will be very suprised. First off the guys who come out our INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS and there pay outcome depends on how much they upsell you! These contractors are allegedly fully trained but the fact is they are trained by people who were never correctly trained.
The Company is run by a lackey named Don Talbot who is a downright lowdown scoundrel. The main buisness strategy used here is to purchase mass advertising at a per room rate of 9.95 to get there foot in the door after they get in your house the billing goes up from there.
Some of the tactics used to get you to soend more are Fear Tactics, intimidation and low balling. Furthermore the chemicals used are either diluted way to much to be effective or not used at all. Also the free deodarizer listed in the ad is a bogus line they will tell you it is in the soap but the soap does not have built in dodarizer.
The owner of this company is scum but he does have a good front to the people who call in. This company gets a complaint from almost every customer and has also been sued numerous times. Please if you get there ad and are thinking of calling due these things first
1. Call the BBB or look at the website.
2. Call (name deleted by rip-off report) for a 12.95 per room deal that is excellent.
3. ask for a list of refrences.
4. Buy your own chemcicals from (names deleted by rip-off report) for next to nothing.
P.S. all of the contractors who come to your house have been in prison and jail or have anger issues.
