In August of 2004 I sent Richard McCalley owner of Keepsafe Industries checks totaling $4170 as payment in full for a saferoom. McCalley never delivered the saferoom. In December 2004 Richard McCalley was indited and arrested for fraud. He was arraigned in March of 2005 in Spotsylvania County VA. He is scheduled for trial July 11, 2005.

Even though there are a number of people involved in this fraud, McCalley is still actively running a web site.

Keepsafe Industries is not to be confused with Keepsafe of Texas with is a ligitimate and honest company.
