I purchased a camera and lens from KEH Camera in January 2018. I used their online quote tool to resell the equipment back along with some other camera accessories. On June 18th I was quoted $258.00 for the equipment and a shipping label. KEH Camera received the equipment on 6/15/18. On 6/26/18

I received a quote of $150.00. I called KEH and spoke with Greco to advise I will decline the offer and to ship the items back. Greco also informed me that the lens that I purchased from them was actually in bargain condition, even though they charged me for an excellent condition lens.


I received the items back on 7/19/18 and checked my equipment and noticed that the camera was damaged. I spoke with customer service and they transferred me to another department and I was told that someone would call me back. 2 days later no one called. I called Robin DeMaio directly and advised of my issue and I was told she would contact me back but she never did. I have been trying to contact Robin/KEH ever since but she is not answering my calls.
