i bought a pair of ugg boot on ioffer.com for $70 using wester union from a guy named KeHu Li. i have told him many times that i have not recived the shoes and have not recieved my money back and he keeps avoiding my meassges. when i go online to send him a message i can see that he is online and then when i message him he wont reply.
