Keith auto Sales FRAUD Aurora Colorado
Sweet Pea sold me a 1997 Buick La Sabre. She reassured me that this car ran good and I wouldn't have any problems because their mechanics tested every car and fixed anything that was unsafe or had alot of problems. I first wanted this white 2001 Dodge Intrepid, but the mechanic said it was not ready, there was a lot of work that he needed to do before they could sell it. With this statement made me trust him and that if there were any safty issues or real problems that was going to cause me to have spend a lot of money, was already fixed.
I am a 70 year old slightly handicap woman. With that said Sweet Pea made me think she was really helping me. Shoe lowered the doan payment from $900.00 to $700.0 and the monthlhy payments from $260.00 to $200.00 a month all the while she was saying she knew I was on a fixed income and she wanted to make sure that I got the best treatment. She explaind that the all the fluids would be checked and would be filled before I left the lot. Keith's son went with me to test drive the car. While driving he checked all the windows, the heater and air condition. Every thing seemed to work good, the car ran good and brakes seemed to bve OK. I aggred to purchase the car for $3800.00. I had to go home and get all the info. Everything was to be checked again whie I was gone including the fluids.
The third day I put gas in the car, the engine light came on. The light stayed on for about three days and went out. Two weeks later after putting gas in the car, the engine light came back on. I took the car to Midas for the free check. I was informed and shown that I needed brakes all the way around including new rotors, drums and break cylinder had leaked so much fluid on the right side and had started leaking on the left side. The radiator was leaking and need to be replaced, there was a small oil leak that had not start leaking where I could see on the ground yet. I paid a small amount to see what the problem with the engine light was. One or me cylinders was misfiring, but to check further it would cost another $65.00, which I opted out at that time. There were other minor things that could be fixed later. These small things I expected in buying a used car. To fix the breaks, radiator and the misfirng of the cylinders will cost me almost $2000.00.
About two days later the right window would not row up, the next day the fan would not go off, so I parked the car and took one of the battery cable off so the fan would stop. This is where the car has been every since. I don't know when I will get the money to fix the car and I will not get my $700.00 back if they repossess or if I send the car back. They would find another sucker to sell the car to.
I emailed Keith a letter telling him all of this with no response. Because I am a woman of God and Promised to pay, I made my first payment to James, June 4, 2013. I gave him all this information and he suggested that when I bring the car in and they could fix everything, but could not give me the cost amount. I am afraid to do this, first of all don't have any money and second I am afraid they would cut corners. I don't trust any of them.
