Keith D. Bowers Under Contract took $1500.00 from me for court siezed property since he is a court officer. Never delivered goods Garden City Michigan
Keith D. Bowers called me on February 21, 2013. He stated he had a guy in Flint named Bubba Gump Shrimp. This guy had a large office trailer that was court seized. Inside this trailer was two industrial pipe threading machines of which he wanted and had buyers for. The trailer also contained numerous boxes of unopened automatic plumbing flush valves. He said he was short on the full amount for the purchase of this trailer and needed $1500.00 to purchase this trailer. He stated there was no less than $15000.00 worth of plumbing fixtures that I would recieve for the $1500.00 he needed to pay for this trailer. He stated that he would need cash today as he just found out about this deal today. He also stated that he has been trying to do business with this guy in flint know as Bubba Gump Shrimp for soome time and this was finally his break. He stated that he needs to deliver the cash to him the next day so that he would stop by his Garden City office with the trailer before he sent this trailer to its rightful owner, Mc Donald office trailers. He stated that MC Donald was only intrested in their trailer back and the contents were ours. I agreed to this since I am a Renovation contractor and was currently doing a commercial plumbing project and could use the plumbing fixtures for said project. I had Keith D. Bowers sign a contract and handed him the cash. Keith D. Bowers even signed and printed his name on the contract twice. This contract and money exchange took place at his residence of 6600 Sharon Street in Garden City Michigan. His wife came home and he asked me not to mention this to her.
I kept contacting Keith numerous times a day as to the location of the plumbing fixtures in text and phone calls. Every time there was an excuse. He would call me and tell me to meet him at a location late at night so that we may proceed with the sale, but would never show. Every day this was happening the next day. Some times he would even say he had the plumbing fixtures and was headed my way with them, he would never show or he would show up without any fixtures.
In April he stated that instead of the plumbing fixtures he was going to give me his Bob Cat front loader that he just took back from some person in Salem Twp. Michigan. This was to be payment for my lack of plumbing fixtures and time spent trying to collect from him.
Every day the same routine. He alwasy stated he could not drop it off for some reason. He would state that he would have the Bob Cat to me very soon, every weekend. He has embarresed me infront of my family since I would belive him and relay his information.
Recently he declared that a landscape company has it and is renting this Bob Cat and he cannot seem to get it back from them.
I have months of Voice mail, recorded conversations, text messages, and witnesses as to his promises.
I have informed him that at the end of October that I will be taking legal action.
Side note: when he could not pay his Verizon Wireless bill he actually showed up at my job site trying to get me to go to Verizon and pay his bill for him.......

Keith Bowers informed me that he has the Bobcat loaded on a trailer. However, it is stored in a yard. He stated he had borrowed a truck to pull it there. The truck and trailer are in a yard in Garden City Michigan. Keith Bowers then informed me that he took it to a yard on East side of Detroit Michigan. He said that he did not want to leave it in Garden City by his house since it was not safe. Must be safer in Detroit. The puzzling part of this is that to finalize his debt he could have called me to pick it up or dropped it off which was four mile from where he supposedly had it stored. Every single day he states that today is the day of which he is to make this deal happen. That this is his number one priority. Every day is the same story.

Keith Bowers is still promising daily that he is getting this machine AKA Bobcat to me. He has even stated now that he is going to give back my $1500.00 dollars that he took from me in February and still give me the machine. Every day is another excuse. I have heard that now he has to look for a place to live tonight because his wife is divorcing him, to my truck does not work so I getting a new one tonight.
From one extreme to the other. I have spoke with another court officer of which is a rival of Keith Bowers. He informed me that Keith Bowers has a bad reputation in the courts for doing shaddy things. This other court officer suggested that I proceed with the Garden City Police. File a police report against Keith Bowers in the city of where the money was exchanged.

Court Officer Keith Bowers called my cell phone yesturday on November 4th at 1226 pm. As with any phone call from Keith Bowers he is placed on speaker phone for yet another witness. He explained that my legal advice is from a Cracker Jack box that his wife is not responsible for any of his debts. He went further and stated that Deborah Bowers, Keith Bowers wife for 12 years, would be issuing a counter suit. After explaing that wife Deborah Bowers would not be listed in the suit and but would more than likely be called in under a creditors hearing. Keith changed his direction of the converstation and stated that today is the day he would drop off the machine and put all of this behind him. I asked very clearly if he meant the Bob Cat? Keith Bowers said yes. He stated but you got to give me a little bit. He was busy at the moment and would call me yet again to discuss at 01:30pm and to answer my phone. I asked him if he was dropping the Bob Cat off today. Keith Bowers said yes, you are my number one priority today, this needs to be taken care of today. A phone call for Keith Bowers never came through. At 05:05pm a call was placed to Keith Bowers, he stated he would be heading out shortly and taking care of this and to answer my phone. Keith Bowers stated that he called earlier today and that my phone just rang and rang (this is a normal excuse that Keith Bowers uses. Keith Bowers uses the celluar phone system as an excuse on why he could not get a hold of you). I explained that there is no record of an incoming phone call in my phone logs, yet again.
Side Note: On Sunday November 3, 2013 Keith Bowers had his home phone unplugged so that the ringer would not work. This is the information obtained from his wife Deborah Bowers in a text message. She stated that Keith Bowers does this so that she will not hear the phone ring and answer it.
