On 02/14/2010 @ approx. 4:30pm Keith Wilhoit and his wife Vickie came to our home to purchase a waterbed. Their first impression is absolutely outstanding. They are VERY likable. We agreed to take a check for the $200.00. Needless to stay IT BOUNCED. As of today (02/24/2010 @ 12:27pm) there has been empty promises and no true attempt to rectify this matter. It is very difficult to get an answer when we call and when he does answer he always has a plan in action but as of yet we have not seen any of his promises pan out. Precious people but we recommend ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS with this person. (aka Alpha and Omega Construction).

Keith Wilhoit presented himself to Mr. Conner, owner of O'Tuels store on 02/25/2010 with $130.00 cash for bad check #3289 dated 02/14/2010 in the amount of $200.00 plus $30.00 return fee. Keith stated that he would be back on 02/26/2010 to pay the remaining $100.00. As of now, 02/28/2010 @11:23am the balance of $100.00 has not been paid and Mr. Conner has not heard from Keith Wilhoit since 02/26/2010 when Keith called to claim that the balance of $100.00 would be paid before 02/28/2010. At this point legal action will be taken against Keith and Vickie Wilhoit of Asheboror, in Richmond County, NC for $230.00 plus court cost. Keith and Vickie act as if having an outstanding bad check against them is no big deal and constantly defend themselves but have not paid the check to honor their word. HIghly recommend NO BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS with either Keith D. or Vickie Wilhoit.
