Complaint Review: Keith Hawthorn - Ford

Keith Hawthorn & Sales Person At The Time Of Purchase Deceitful dealer that forced me to put more in repairing then it worth. This car has put me in a finical dilemma Belmont North Carolina

On Jan. 2004 I was car shopping. I needed an SUV because I have four kids and they play sports and so on. Keith Hawthorn Ford ran my mothers credit and said that she was approved for a white 1997 Expedition. I had to wait for the SUV to come from another dealer. The price was $15,900.00. Here it is June of 2008 and I still have not received a phone call from Keith Hawthorn with I have been attempting every other month since Jan 2004. I have had problems with that truck from day one. First the engine was making a clicking noise in the engine. It turns out that I needed a tune up. A month latter I need brakes. The people at Value Brakes asked me who changed my brakes pads. My response was everything was done by the Ford dealership. The service person told me that I should have wrecked long time ago because my brakes was jammed on backwards on both sides. Two, I needed to get my sway bar fixed in 2005. A week later I had to go to mienke because my bush arms or leg or arms I cant remember but it is what keep the wheels turning and not fold under you car. What ever it is called that was $998.00. I dont know what number I on but 2005 I had to buy a new starter, in Feb of 2006 I had to replace my alternator and the piece for you rpm. This year 2008 I had to buy another alternator. Last year I had to put a motor in that was not cheap for the windshield wipers. Jan of 2005 I had to replace the radiator and pipes and the heat still does not work. The driver side seat controllers never worked. I have been having problem out of my lighting because my wire ring since 2007. I never received a carfax report . My SUV is nothing but rust as if it came from up north in one of the snowy states. If someone can help me by reimbursement of a new SUV with no payments please email me in the subject line put Keith rip off has help. I have all of my receipts. Every time I go to the dealership there is a whole new staff. Their turn over rate is terrible. My car was purchased by my mother Jamesina Tate. My name is MIA

What do you expect when you buy an OLDER used car? That SUV was 7 years old when you bought it, of course things will go wrong. Stop complaining. Is your mommy paying for the car or are you? Why would you EVER think you would get a free car. Grow up and stop buying very used SUV's.
