We went in to buy a new car in January 2009, they told us in order to get the car we wanted in our price range we would have to buy a promo car that only a dealer drove and it would be the same as a new car. They told us if any thing was wrong with the car to bring it back and they would fix it. It has a six yr. bumper to bumper or 100,000 miles  warranty on the car. we had to take our car in because our rear window defogger would not work and they told us it  was not under warranty because there were breaks in the defogger line. They said someone must have detailed the window too hard. I have been driving sience i was 16 years old, not once have I every detailed a car too hard where I broke the rear window defogger. They wanted us to pay for a new window costing over 1,027.00 and when we called a glass company to get an estimate was 495.00 to come to our house to put it in. Please do not go to Keath Hawthorne to buy anything they will lie your face. They will not honor their warranty. Last time I checked, the rear window was in between bumper to bumper. Very upset
