Complaint Review: Keith Kohl & Julianna Koh8

 Beware of Keith Kohl trying to lease, sell, or rent property at this and ant other location he is affiliated with. He will charge and blame you for things that happen while leasing at his property. I had a sink leaking, I call him in reference to water on the kitchen floor, He waited 2 days to fix the sink and by this time the water had damaged the room below me. He claimed this was my fault and charged me $2000.00 for the damages. I whole time I was there he never fixed the garbage disposal, (6 months). I moved out and he sent me a letter stating he was keeping my deposit of $1,150.00. He also sent a list of items that he was going to charge me for after I left (i.e. windows should have been washed, floor waxed, all curtains cleaned along with other outrageous things totaling almost a $1,000.00. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ANY DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU DO I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.
