Complaint Review: Keith Lang

Keith Lang from Waymouth signed a contract to perform $12,500 worth of masonary and stone work.  He showed proof of insurance and had references who I contacted about prior work history.  Work was to be completed in 2 week but took over 3 months to get 30% of the job complete before he walked off job with $8500.   Keith continually lied about when work was to be performed, who was going to do the work.  He had equipment repossed from the job site and the insurance policy was cancelled.  Going to pursue small claims case but to my knowledge Keith has no assets, making it nearly impossible to get any financial restitution.
