I purchased a truck from them less than a year ago when we took it for a test drive the AC wasnt working so we sad we didnt want the truck. A few hours later they called us and said the saleman must not have turned it on correctly becasue it was working well I tried it myself and told them it wasnt working at that point. We went back and it was working so we purchased the truck a few months latet it stopped working again and we were told if it stopped to bring it back and they would fix it well to my surprise the saleman and manager no longer worked their and they didnt have any recod of them saying they would fix it. So i had to pay $600 to repair the AC not even two weeks go by and it stopped working again. So we took it back because we were told there was a warranty on it since they just fixed it. Now were told that it has nothing to do with what they fixed and they wont repair it for free. Now im out $11600 for a truck with no AC in FL!! When from the start I said i wouldnt buy it unless they fixed it. this place is dishonest and have horrible cusotmer service.

It sounds like you purchased a used vehicle. So your purchase is as is. Whats pissing YOU off is that YOU have to pay to fix the AC instead of putting it off on them to repair. Sorry but things break!! Thats life!! Get over it. YOU are NOT the only person who has to deal with no AC in a hostile enviroment. Try living in the desert with no AC. While its unpleasant its NOT going to kill you unless you WILLINGLY lock yourself in the vehicle. You have windows to give you airflow until you can afford to have it fixed. The problem really just falls to its too long after the purchase for them to do ANYTHING for you. By a "Couple of months" it could mean 60days to as long as 6 months. If you didnt purchase an extended warranty then ofcourse they are NOT going to fix it for free. NOTHING is FREE except sunlight and air. THEY met the conditions of the sale as YOU set them. Its NOT thier fault that several months later of YOU using the AC that it breaks down. Its NOT thier fault that months later YOU break your AC. Lastly its NOT thier fault that THEY cannot fix YOUR broken AC for free. No one is going to put thier job at risk for no good reason. YOU are so desperatly trying to push the responsibility onto THEM when the reality is that its YOUR expence.
