I have written two other report on this Keith Pierson and his RIDICULOUS DEALERSHIP!

This takes the cake.....

The other day I came home to a hand written note and several coupons with Keith Piersons idiotic cartoon look alike on them sitting on my kitchen counter. After the crap that I have had to deal with from this dealership I felt that is was an invasion of my home so I called them immediatley to tell them to talk us off of their mailing and call list.

This is what I was told by their "Customer relations manager".

She wondered why it was that we felt so strongly about the mailing and the numerous calls that we have received from their dealership. She was fully aware of the bull----that we had gone through just a few months ago but still was not clear why we were so upset about the contact from their dealership.

When I told her about the letter that Keith Pierson himself had written calling us charity seeking and ungrateful and attacking our charactor she said that she could not believe that he would write such a letter.

When I told her that in fact he had she said "well you won't even consider using our service department?" I was amazed since the issues that we have with this dealership was with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

These idots never cease to amaze me with their patronizing crap.

I have said before and I will say again, I own three Toyota's and will never buy another one. I now have to drive 15 miles to the next nearest Toyota dealer for warranty work because Toyota Corporate stands behind these lying cheating thiefs!

As I have said before SHAME ON YOU TOYOTA!

A few months ago I took my'94 Toyota Tercel for servicing to Deluca Toyota on State Road 200, Ocala, Florida. They replaced hoses and belts and checked car completely and gave it a clean bill of health even though it was eight years old with only 40,000 miles on it. We were told it was in very good condition. When we left there the belts had whirring sound that was not there before and soon after we noticed the engine was getting hot. It started running very hot and went over the red mark. We contacted Toyota and they told us not to run the car anywhere but to get it towed into Deluca Toyota because it might ruin the engine. They told us we needed a new water pump.

Our main complaint is that they charged us $400.00 to install a water pump. They never did show us the old water pump. We feel that Deluca Toyota is guilty of price gauging.
