Complaint Review: Keith Volk Always In Motion

I met with him at an independent location. He loaded software onto my laptop. He assured me that the serial was part of a group purchase and was valid. It worked when I tested it with him. After 3 days it stopped working. I called him and he gave me several other serial numbers to try. They either didn't work, or also stopped after 3 days. Geeze even with a trial software it's good for 30 days.

I asked him to refund my $ but he now does not return my calls. No address to reach him and he won't refund my money.

I believe he does this to many people because he advertises on Craigs List under several different phone numbers. And because of the nature of the problem.
